Delton coordinates ABBA’s technical team, providing training to professionals around Brazil, support to the direct care staff, and coordination of family ministries. He leads the Perolas foster care program, the first initiative of its kind in São Paulo and serves in the leadership of the World Without Orphans movement in Brazil. Fernie is a homemaker caring for their four children, leads a local homeschool cooperative and serves the ministry in a support staffing and nursing role.
